• 2 pets max per household
• $400 Pet Fee and $50/month per pet rent
• 80lb max per pet
• Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman, Chow,  Great Dane, Hound, Husky, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds. This list is subject to change.
• No exotic pets, please
